smoking should be legal

These day We can see the rate of decreasing smokers through the statistics. Smoking ban has been controversial. Many smokers say that they have a right to smoke without permission while non-smokers say that they have a right to express what they don't like. smoking ban has been conflicting both smokers and non-smokers. should smoking legal or should smoking be illegal. There are 3 reasons why smoking should be legal.

 First, Smoking ban can affect many kind of business such as internet cafe in Korea, restaurant, bar. I think that there is the difference meaning between the word ban and illegal. As many people know , Many countries had made a law which don't let people smoke inside or public site. As a result, many owners of business are complaining about revenue. They say that their revenue decreased around 40% after being made the law. Non-smokers should understand that consuming cigarette can affect drastically economy.

 Second, If smoking should be illegal , There would be problem with tax. The government usually get a financial from the tax based on society. The point I want to make is that The politicians are trying to hide the fact that they get a remarkable financial from the smoker's tax.  Making the low is a good idea to protect non-smoker for their health and to get people to quit . But there are contradictions in their intention. They spend a lot of budget from tax in performing projects like constructing industry facilities , child health care, national events. If there are some of non-smoker in the congress ,why had not they made the law more early? Non smokers should know about the corruption of government. that's why non smokers should not criticize smokers but urge government to not rely on the tax. Remembering that the government introduced cigarette to our life.

 Third, Smokers have a right to smoke because Cigarette is one of the favor foods. If smoking is illegal, Drinking alcohol should be also illegal. The alcohol has also many kind of harmful element to affect our body badly. Moreover, If people are drunken after drinking alcohol, they would commit a crime. The drunken people cannot control their mind. on the other hand, we can't see Any smokers commit a crime after smoking. As stated previously , smokers can adjust their intake of smoking .but it's difficult for drunken people to control their intake.

 Opponents of smoking say that they could be affected by second-hand smoke. The law of prohibiting smoking has already fulfilled for a long time. As non-smoker have a right to express what they hate, smoker also have a right to express what they want to smoke wherever. Smoking space is getting disappearing gradually. I think that non-smokers need to put their position on the smokers and try to find out solution for smokers than just try to ignore smoker's rights.

 In conclusion, there are many reason why smoking shouldn't be illegal and also the countries which had implemented prohibiting smoking show that serious economic problem happened. The best way to not affect each other is that government should mediate and find out solution which between the nonsmokers and smokers can accept ideally. 

do you think committing suicide should be a crime?


I don't think that committing suicide should be a crime
because no one has right to touch our life. the rate of committing suicide could be impacted on society environment, personal things, mental disease .
 committing suicide made by their willing. mudering someone must be a crime and society issue. but committing suicide must be prevented. even though we have a right to keep our life or not , increasing the rate of committing suicide can give the society  bad impression.

we need to help people who try to committ suicide to have a positive mind.

classification of crime

We've seen crimes happening around our life. The crimes have been existing from the past until now. There are a lot of type of crime types in the world. In case of America state, crimes are divided into categories which include felony, misdemeanor, and infraction. The standard on Crime classification are made by state legislators, and the determination usually focuses on the seriousness of the crime and the impact on victims and society. How are crimes classified ?

First, infractions are petty offenses that are punishable by small fines only. Because infractions can't result in a jail sentence or probation, defendants who are charged with infractions do not have a right to a jury trial. For example, if I receive a speeding ticket, i will be issued the ticket testify and then the judge will makes decision that i was speeding. My punishment will be limited to a fine.

Second, Misdemeanors are criminal offenses which are punishable by up to a year in jail. Punishment on misdemeanors can include payment of a fine, probation, community service, and restitution. defendants who are charged with misdemeanors are entitled to jury trial. For example, If I sold cigarettes to minor, the state defines the offense as a class that I must be punishable by a fine of up to 1000$, which is the maximum sentence the judge can impose on me.

Third, Felonies are the most serious type of criminal offense. Felonies typically involve serious physical harm to victims, but felony offenses also include white collar crimes and fraud. misdemeanors can go up to felonies for the second time offenders. felonies like murder may even be punished by imposition of the death penalty. For example, I can be accused of assault with a weapon which affects bodily harm, even though I failed to injure the victim, my behavior could be intended to cause of physical injury.

As mentioned, there are three basic types of crime. we need to know what we understand about crime generally but also we can divide crimes more specifically .Since ancient times, crime has been existed, and As population of countries has grown,  it had started to make a selection of laws to keep society safely. Not only is it important to know about law but also to prevent the law which is abused badly .,

It could affect Korea image badly . what makes me angry is Yoon would not treat her like that If she were withe or in hight position. He must have thought of her lightly.

 Now Korea is a country whose people are thinner than the people in other countries. We didn't have enough food 50 years ago because the economic system of our country was destroyed by the Korean War. after that, our country tried to develop economy and partly introduced American culture. As the economy of our country is changed dramatically , Korean diet and eating habits are changing rapidly as well.

  
According to a study about obesity rate, as of 2009, 23.5% of Koreans over the age of 20 are obese. The reason obesity rate in Korea is increasing is that Koreans over the 20 age don't have enough time to cook by themselves because of work. If they cook at home, they can control the level of unhealthy element.

 Second reason is that the western fast food is available freely. Many children and workers tend to eat fast food instead of Korean meals which are comprised of a bowl of rice, some soup, some vegetable. Compared to 15 years ago, the table for each meal used to consist of at least 80% vegetable. But these days, we can't see any chance of increasing the amount of vegetables that the people try to eat.

 The way Koreans drink alcohol is one reason that the diet is changing. Whenever we drink alcohol , we usually eat something and Most workers are drinking alcohol to release stress. It could make our health worse. The foods with drinking alcohol or soda also make our weight fatter. But many people don't know what the problem is because they have already gotten used to having wrong eating habits.

  
As a result, Many people who are obese can't be expected to be healthy . So, not only the rate of obesity is increasing gradually but also the consumption of quantities of meat, sweets, snacks, and soda is increasing. Even if the food is essential for our body keep health, the most important thing is what kind of foods you eat. These days the people don't care about the result of eating food that contains high levels of cholesterol, or animal fat.

  
Koreans' awareness of nutrition is disappearing more and more. We shouldn't consume a wide variety of foods  just for good taste. I think that eating habits is educated  in school for the children to have awareness what is good for their health.
